Prestigious financial services company located in downtown Manhattan seeks a motivated Retirement Manager with 5+ years management experience coordinating and overseeing Retirement activities ensuring smooth transition from active to retired status. You will act as central source for all retirees and surviving dependents by making sure they have proper forms and instructions necessary to activate pension payments and tax withholding. You will supervise staff and act as resource for seniro management, prepare and review pension calculations, review and reconcile non-qualified candidates, communicate with actives, term vested, retirees and surviving spouses and process death claims on a timely basis. Must have knowledge of benefit design and administration, understand ERISA and other regulatory and compliance requirements. Experience with CEBS a major plus. College degree required, base salary 100-125K, excellent benefits package.
